LOCATION SHOTS
For my first scene I wanted it be in a loft as that is where old lost items can be found. This suited my story line as they where finding an old book. There where two possible locations for the first scene. There was either my own loft or my Nan’s loft. My Nan’s loft was far too small and I couldn't get the shots I wanted even though there was pillars that I could have made some cool camera shots from passing along the wood.
The other location was my loft however there was a problem. The lift was big enough for all the shooting and more however It was full of clutter. The loft had to be emptied which too around 3 hours of organising and once that was sorted it was big enough and empty enough to do the shots in there.
Allong with the locations stated above, I needed more places to shoot suiting my story line. This was several places in which I could film. To make the shots feel more homely and therefore make the audience feel at home.
Therefore I decided to shoot my trailer in the house so then I could change the setting to however I wanted.
